Mashed 2008

I’ve signed up for Mashed—the event formerly known as Hack Day—in June. Unlike last year, I actually have a clue what to expect, so I’ll be prepared.

Hack Day last year was sponsored by Yahoo and BBC Backstage. This year, BBC Backstage are going it alone. Well, they have a little help from Microsoft. I’m sure that the absence of Yahoo is completely unrelated to Microsoft’s involvement.

So, anyway, I need to come up with something to do. Preferably something fun, cool, and subversive.

    I’ll be at Mashed with something radio-related. Perhaps you could apply your considerable cunning to that?

    Should be a good event – there’s some really interesting stuff on show. (But I would say that, wouldn’t I?)
